Swami Arun’s Journey in Sound Healing

In 1999, Swami began his spiritual journey in Australia, learning to play the Didjeridoo using the meditative technique of Circular Breathing. Combining this practice with his studies in Pranic Healing, he developed his own unique Sound Healing Therapy.

His spiritual path led him to Nepal and India, where he received Osho’s Sannyas and the name Swami Arun at the Osho Multiversity in Pune. Spending time at the Osho Ashram, he mastered various meditation practices.

During his travels in the Himalayas, Swami was profoundly touched by the magical sound frequencies of Gongs and Tibetan Bowls, deeply recognizing their powerful healing properties. As he states:
“The vibrational frequencies of Gongs and Tibetan Bowls can guide anyone into the ‘THETA STATE’—even without prior experience—rebalancing the energy field and harmonizing the chakra system.”

Guided by divine intuition, Swami crafted his unique Sound Therapy style, incorporating gongs, Tibetan bowls, and various sacred instruments to facilitate transformative healing experiences for individuals and groups worldwide.

His first public Sound Healing sessions were shared at SUN and MOON Yoga Studio in Tokyo. After two years in Japan (2006–2007), he followed a spiritual calling to Ubud, Bali, where he spent 12 years as a Sound Healer Resident at The YOGA BARN Wellness Center.

The Nomadic Sound Healing Path

In 2019, Swami embraced a Nomadic Sound Healing Life, traveling the world with his sacred instruments, teaching, and sharing Sound Healing wisdom across multiple countries.

During the global pandemic (Feb 2020–Sept 2021), Swami lived in Taiwan—the only country that never went into lockdown—where he continued offering Sound Healing in events, workshops, and trainings. He was also invited to perform at the Closing Ceremony of the OCEAN SOUND YOGA FESTIVAL in Taipei.

Following Taiwan, Swami moved to Tulum, Mexico, in September 2021, a sacred site of the ancient Mayan culture, where he deepened his work with CACAO as a heart-opening medicine. He collaborated with various wellness centers and became a Sound Healer Resident at HOLISTIKA TULUM. He also facilitated Sound Healing in Ayahuasca ceremonies with the Light Portal Ceremony team.
